Salt with aromatic herbs for meat

The air of the mountains of Carnia and the unspoiled nature favor the unique and ideal microclimate for growing and drying of medicinal plants which are the basis of out teas and of our aromatic salts.

Cultivation, strictly on site, takes place without the use of fertilizers and chemical fertilizers; it provides for the sowing and the manual collection, the immediate drying of the plants and of the leaves, thus obtaining the maximum of the active ingredients.

The farmlands are particularly suited to a diversified production and quality since the territory enjoys a sunny and a well-ventilated exposure and is located in an area far from the industrial pollution sources.

It wants to get a product in which to exploit the resources, the ancient knowledge and tradition, interweaving them with the challenges of modernity, the current knowledge and the desire for innovation.
